I didn't notice how much energy it gave me until I forgot to take it 2 days in a row!<br /><br />And I've been contemplating P90X as well but went with the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred instead. Today will be Day 13 for me and I'm DEFINITELY noticing results!
